The history of radio began in the town of Pleven , where on May 7, 1995, at 89,90 MHz frequency sounds Regional Radio program “Pleven +”. In 1999 already as “Radio Plus” and a program aimed at young people from 20 to 40, began to build radio network throughout the country. May 6, 2002 is the date on which launched the new musical youth radio “Fresh”. 24-hour radio program “Fresh” sounds in the largest cities of the country and surrounding regions.
