“Into the Groove” is a tune by American artist Madonna from the 1985 film Desperately Seeking Susan. It was highlighted on the re-issue of her second studio collection, Like a Virgin (1984), outside North America. Sire Records delivered it on July 15, 1985, as the collection’s fourth single. Madonna’s motivation behind the melody was the dance floor and she composed it while watching an attractive Puerto Rican man, across her overhang. At first, composed for her companion Mark Kamins, Madonna later chose to utilize it as the soundtrack of the film.
