97-Five KDLY has been serving Fremont County since 1974. We are the original and favorite FM station, featuring classic rock hits along with news and information, weather, road, and travel updates, plus unique programmings such as Rick Dees Top 40 Countdown and Classic Hits with Dick Bartley. With our transmitter in Dubois, Wyoming, at 8700 feet above sea level, we can be heard all over Wyoming’s Wind River Basin – from Pinedale to Lander – including towns like Dubois, Alpine Junction. Thermopolis, Worland, or Rock Springs!

97-Five KDLY is a proud member of the Wyoming Broadcasters Association and American Legion. We also provide broadcast services for other stations on occasion. Steve Lucas has owned the station since 1984, but his family’s ties go back much further than that as they pioneered this country with their own early broadcasting company called “Lucas Broadcasting,” which was later renamed “KDHL.” The call letters stood for “Kingdom Daughters Limited.”

97-Five KDLY continues to be an essential part of the community, both as a radio station and as a contributor to various local organizations.

The studios are located at 417 North Broadway in Dubois, Wyoming, on Highway 189, just south of town. The transmitter site can be found northbound on Highway 14A, about 12 miles west from Alpine Junction, or eastbound off US Hwy 191 onto Sulphur Creek Road/Dubokee Hill Road out toward Thermopolis.
