It is claimed by Alpha Media LLC, through licensee Alpha Media Licensee LLC. Its studios are found only north of downtown Shreveport, and the transmitter is in Vivian, Louisiana.
The station is a previous sister station of KCMC and KTAL-TV, which were all claimed for a long time by WEHCO Media until the organization sold its telecom resources.
